Aimed at beginners, travellers & explorers, you’ll have an expert photography mentor right next to you, guiding you along, hands on, one to one so you can improve your photography skills instantly. You’ll learn about shutter speed, aperture, ISO and controlling the light with your camera, so no more blurry images or missing that gorgeous sunset.
The photography walk-shops are for anyone who wants to see Sydney's best hidden and iconic photographic hot spots and learn how to use their digital camera at the same time! There are a variety of walks where you can discover entirely different parts of the city. The following walks are available: landscape essentials, night photography fundamentals, street art laneways and portraiture, sydney essentials and landscape essentials level two.
Over time we’ve nearly perfected our famous teaching philosophy, in fact, its simplicity is something we’re quite proud of. You’ll learn about shutter speed, aperture, ISO and controlling the light with your camera, so no more blurry images or missing that gorgeous sunset.
Your group will be limited to 8 people to ensure a personalized experience. You “getting it” is our first priority. For this product, you'll need to choose a pre-planned date and walk-shop to join, there's no minimum number of people for your group, you simply book in directly to our pre-planned walk-shop. If you would like to organise your own personalised, private tour, please book in using our "private walk-shop product." There you can choose your own date, time and any particular walk-shop that suits your travel plans.
After hundreds of photography walks around the world, we've learnt that two hours at sunset is the perfect amount of time for 99% of our students.
The walk-shops are for beginners, travellers & explorers! However, there is something for everyone! People at all levels have attended the walk-shops. Newbie photographers, travellers, locals, enthusiasts, newlyweds, singles, parents, grand parents, uncles, aunties, stamp collectors, surgeons, olympic swimmers, professional food scientists, hand models, human statues, gumologists and teddy bear repair technicians…. to name a few :)
